Quintessence

This gourmet rosé is the fruit of a friendly collaboration between several sommeliers and the Chaudière brothers.
The color is a deep coral pink.
Juicy, ripe fruit on the nose. Dominant red berry fruit, fine spices (timut pepper) and delicate floral aromas.
On the palate, relief is provided by fine bitters that stretch the mouth. Aromas and flavors of red stone fruit and spices.
