Chardonnay

In the early 1990s, Paul Chaudière planted three hectares of Chardonnay at the foot of Mont Ventoux, to demonstrate the fresh potential of our terroirs. We're continuing this tradition by selecting a few plots of high-altitude Chardonnay. With a limpid, deep golden color and a highly aromatic nose of white flowers. On the palate, you'll find great balance and freshness, with aromas of citrus fruit and white flowers.
