Les raisins sont issus de sols argilo calcaire et de sables, situés à une altitude entre 200 et 300 mètres. La vendange est foulée et éraflée. Macération d une quinzaine de jours en cuve béton avec une extraction très douce. Pas d'élevage en bois pour cette cuvée toute en fraîcheur. Mis en bouteille par la Famille Chaudière.
